After having two kids, certain aspects of my body had changed. I was ready to settle into a new “normal” of bladder incontinence. I never knew when I would suddenly, urgently need to pee, even though most times it was only a small amount. Or, even worse, I wouldn’t be able to hold it long enough to get to the bathroom! Also, forget about coughing, sneezing, or even jumping.

All that changed when my midwife, and a good friend, recommended me to contact Beth for pelvic floor physiotherapy. After treatment, and completing the exercises that Beth assigned me, everything is better.
