  • Monday May 4th  11:30 am:  Core Strong 1 (modified) Prenatal
  • Monday May 4th 5:30 pm Core Strong 1 (everyone)
  • Monday May 4th 7 pm:  Core Strong 2

Requirement

  • 6 Weeks Post Partum
  • Everyone (to be considered “physiotherapy” there needs to be a need)*
